Location: Constitutio Chaos in the faire rounds(nested in Verat Chaos)



Calling all crafters! Organized Chaos is having a crafting competition. This competition will be as much about knowledge as about crafting so there will be active making process and active presentation process.


The rules are as follows:


Crafters will be provided expert craft stations. They will need to bring materials to craft two items. The item they will be crafting will be based on a category. The categories will be one item that is the best for a type of class and one item that is worst for one of the classes. The type of craft does not matter, just that the item made would be the best in that type for class given at the time of the competition. An example would be if the crafter was told to build the best item they can make for a warrior, a furniture carpenter could create a display case for weapons which would be the best for a warrior. A cook could create a strength bonus food and explain to the judges why it is the best.


The judges will be grading on creativeness, accuracy in product, compelling explanation, and connection with audience. The judges will be grading you on a scale from one to five in each of the categories. The contestant with the highest score will win. The grand prize will be 100,000; second place 50,000; third place 10,000.


Guest judges will be Lace, Randbo TheStud, and Mac
