Crafting skills lowered after change instance (popup)

    Title: Crafting skills lowered after change instance. Shrine buff doesn't count
    Reproduction Rate: Always after request to change new instance
    Blocker?
    Details: When request to change new instance the bonus of the shrine for craft diseapear (but the buff icon under the char always present).
    I use Ring of Jones and Blessing of Honesty and Blessing Of Justice with Prosperity tools and Benefactor Station (e.g. Cooking 81).
    Before I leave the instance the value is 65% to craft Dragon Stew. After I accept new instance I have 62%.
    If I remove my ring of Jones and take the ring and I go to shrine often I recover my 65%. I need sometimes multiple times these operation before I recover my 65%.
    I have also sometimes the same issue when I am afk after a Batch (but not always).
