Noticed this before 33 as well, but thought maybe 33 would fix it.

ohh, Im not there anymore, but it is the main crafter merchant that hangs out near the crafting stations, if I can, Ill try and get it when I go back.

Tested internally, this vendor appears to be populating their supplies as expected. The next chance you get, if you could verify if he is still not generating supplies in his window? Thank you.

 

Ill go check right now and post a screenshot if it's still wrong, last I checked, a few hours ago, all he had was recipes.

Nope still just recipes and a couple of items (carpentry hammer, wax and wood chisel), but not what a normal crafting merch would have.

Great, though wondering what you thought it was before, so maybe I can word it better next time.

Also, I hope this can get fixed easily, this town is starting to fill up as being one of the last NPC towns with lots open.

 

I took "Crafting Supplies Merchant in Brookside has no supplies" as an indication of a merchant having no loot generated at all. Upon a cursory glance of the merchant window, seeing it populate with something to sell, I assumed it was possibly a network issue instead. Failed to look deeper and realize all they sold was mostly recipes. Almost no supplies.

 

I see, ok, I should have been a bit more verbose then, it actually looks like he is stocked like a carpentry vendor instead of a crafting vendor.
