Title: Crafting vendor takes over 30 seconds to finalize transaction

Details: When purchasing a large quantity of items, for me it is 400 water, the crafting vendor does not execute the transaction when I click the signature for transaction button. Instead it just sits there for a long time, sometimes it is over a minute, usually about 30 seconds before the transaction finally processes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open trade with crafting vendor
2. Select all of the water to be purchased and drag all of it over to the right hand window. Usually there are 400 or thereabouts to buy.
3. Select "Sign to complete transaction" button
4. Wait for it....
5. In about 30 or more seconds the avatar name will appear on the line and the transaction will complete.

This happens at other vendors than the one in virtue oasis also. It seems to be when you buy a large stack of items, like maybe 400 or 500 at one time.

It just happens for water as far as I know.

 

I tested this again and for 400 water it took 44 seconds after clicking my signature button to get the finalized transaction.

 

I tried this again in R38, it took 55 seconds to buy 452 water.

I tested this in r39 patch 563 and it only took a second or two to buy 413 water. I guess this is fixed. I'll report if it starts breaking again.
