Crash at multiplayer login

4. Details: When attempting to login multiplayer (multiplayer online / single player online) on a newly configured system (character already created on another machine, but never succeeded login on this system), the game crashes during login. Game plays normally for offline modes.

6. User Specs: Windows 10 Pro Retail x64 Japanese, 16GB RAM (2GB used for GPU), AMD Athlon 5370 with Radeon HD 8400 (R3 series) 2GB RAM in APU.

Graphics setting is at 1024x768 Fastest.

 

Reproduces on QA.Win.64.357 as well.

 

I can not log onto my multiplayer online for the game. I can log onto the single player offline only. HELP, Please

 

@Oakwind You might have more luck starting your own thread unless you are experiencing this exact issue. This thread is around 5 months old now, and probably not relevant anymore. You should include information like 1-6 above, specifically information about your operating system and if you are using the stand alone client or logging through Steam. Put as much information as you can, so the dev team can try to reproduce your issue. Also consider tagging a dev, like @Attenwood, since this is an absolute blocker that keeps you from playing in online mode.

 

If you have AMD A8 series APU as your CPU, it is likely the same. The devs are aware of the issue.
If you have different CPU, it is likely different.
