Our guild was attempting to do the famous control point in Vauban Pass. Right now this is not possible. Everyone has the cloth feature disabled but every 1-5 minutes people are crashing left and right. It seems to be most noticeable when actually performing the control point. If you go to the side into one of the towers or outside of there it's not as noticeable. This obviously makes control point not possible to perform.

Are any error dumps produced during this event, or is it an immediate crash-to-desktop with no error message?

Do you recall what wave you were fighting?

Truthfully I can't remember at this point. It seemed like it would just come up game not responding, not the game has crashed message. I believe the waves were on a continuous wave at that point but don't quote me on that. I do know the red skeleton archers were out which for me is usually the final wave. I joined part of the way in it but others were complaining of crashes even up to that point. Sorry I cannot be more specific.
