    an arena on the sky (with a little border just to exclude Gusts) ... with an Ank of ress.. a skill trainer and a public vendor to sell crafted things / reagents / repair kits

    i think that a lot of people can easly increase PVP power on it

    (P.S. a very small area with fast time of loading)
