CreateItemSceneLocker: does not exist on plot

3. Blocker: Yes, can't access container
4. Details: Taking a container out of another container and placing as deco makes the container inaccessible. Seems to only effect the first container retrieved and placed from any one container and must have some contents.
   
   
   
   
5. Steps to Reproduce: Open a container that has containers within that also have some content, drag on out onto a deco surface and try and access (fail). Drag another and place as deco and try and access (success)
