Crooked Shank - Main Quest seems to die out

    SPOILERS: Not dancing around writing tags so don't read if you don't want to be spoiled!

    QA558

    I Find the Elf Prisoner, Mayors Key, Prison Key and go up and open the cell door.
    Talk to the Prisoner, Find the Elven Key, Find the "tunnel"
    Go in, Unlock the Door, Find the Kids and Quests Clear out. Children don't offer any new leads.
    Go back to the prisoner, no update.
    Question the Mayor about the other key, he attacks and I kill him.

    No updates, no forwards.

    I think what should have happened was a new quest branch should have began when I found the kids, but it did not.

    I have this in Build 716 live. I have the, "Enter Locked Elven Tunnel", quest. I've entered the children's cave. I've talked with each of them. No keywords seem to trigger anything different from them. The only thing I haven't done inside the cave is raid the chest. Is this quest complete? Maybe I ought to go back to the mayor...
