    Title: Crown Merchants defaulting to Max Qty of items
    Reproduction Rate:Two different merchants

    Details:Normal things (coal, etc) are now defaulting to selling 1 instead of 1000 or 100, but the Crown Merchants are still defaulting to selling 100 Tabletop Moondials, for example.
    Steps to Reproduce:Go try to buy something from a Crown Merchant.
