    Title: Crown Store - Chained Obsidian Shard

    Details: The description in the Crown Store lists the Chained Obsidian Shard as being only placeable in an Open PvP area. This requirement to place was removed not long ago and it can actually be placed in any player lot or POT area - despite the description.
    Steps to Reproduce: Open the crown store, filter to "chained" and select "Outdoor Decorations". Review the item description for Chained Obsidian Shard.
