Cursor appears when windows open/close

    Title: Cursor appears when windows open/close.
    Reproduction Rate: Every time.
    Blocker? No.
    Details: While using mouselook, if any UI window opens or closes or the combat hotbar appears or is hidden then the cursor appears. This has been an issue for many years. Can you please fix it? Also, please don't blame this on Unity. This issue was introduced by you (Portalarium) when you implemented reticle mode. Before that , the issue didn't exist.
    Steps to Reproduce: While using mouselook, open any UI window.
