Is there any update on the Customer Support hire and how long the Customer Support queue is?
he started onboarding last weekend.
from that post it sounds like they never took customer service/support issues seriously. Sums up a lot.
Have they posted anything about the backlog? They've gone months without any apparent customer support.
that's all the info i've seen, although i've missed some streams they may have discussed it in.
I suspect that this is the Catnip Games CS as SOTA has always been proactive in this regard. Before release SOTA had several staff that just handled bug tickets, and in game fixes. I had direct interaction several times in game with them.
