Customize passive bar for each deck

    It would be nice if I could customize what's on my passive bar on a per deck basis. For each deck one could set up both passive and active bars, and then there could be one overall non-combat bar that's independent of which deck is equipped.

    nice idea. link the two, as they are very often linked and complimentary in each combat set set-up.
