Daily Lot Taxes Overcharged When Moving or Reclaiming Lots in Same Day

Daily lot taxes are overcharged when moving to a different lot or even re-claiming the same lot.

I claimed a row lot and was charged 500 gold in taxes for the day, I then decided to move to a different row lot and was charged an additional 500 gold in the same day for the same lot deed, for a total of 1,000 gold. Then I tried unclaiming the lot and reclaiming it and was charged another 500 gold, for a total of 1,500 gold for the same day and same row lot deed.

Taxes for a row lot deed are supposed to be 500 gold per day. If the deed is moved or reclaimed the player should not be taxed again for the same day.

They may be able to adjust the system in the future, but this (from the release notes) would be the reason this occured to you.

 

Yes, I was aware that daily taxes are charged up front now, but that doesn't mean that the daily tax should be charged over and over again on the same deed in the same day.
