Dash SFX sometimes plays twice very quickly (like a drum flam) and sometimes doesn't play at all

    Title: Dash SFX sometimes plays twice very quickly (like a drum flam) and sometimes doesn't play at all
    Reproduction Rate: Often enough to notice
    Blocker? No
    Details: Been seeing this issue for a while now, but can't figure out how to repro it - but sometimes when using Dash glyph via keyboard key 6 - the SFX will play twice (bbam) instead of (bam) - and sometimes it won't have any sound effect.
    Steps to Reproduce: ?
