Death Shield does both blocks damage and heals

    Title: Death Shield does both blocks damage and heals
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?
    Details: Death Shield block/mitigate the % of transfer rate and heal too, for example if a player using deathshield receives a physical damage of 100, with 40% transfer rate the damage is reduced to 60 then he will get also a 40 hp heal (total 80% mitigation).
    Steps to Reproduce: Attack a player with death shield and without death shield, comparing damage (i did it with several tests to be 100% sure)
