Deck building key not working

I tried to hit "Y" and the decks I have did not come up, was told to go check with a trainer on deck building still didn't work, so I'm stuck with one deck!

 

reinstalled game same issue cant bring up decks

 

ok so the fix I found was go to a skills trainer type "help with deck building" then he went through the spew on it, but I didn't get an option when I first clicked on him I actually had to type word for word "Help with deck building"

Bottom line is you almost lost me for good! This game needs to be fixed so the people starting to play know what to say an option would be nice

 

I have same issue. when i hit the Y button it says i havent yet unlocked the ability to use combat decks

 

@stjo you need to unlock it at a trainer, did you do it already?

 

This just happened to my alt. I already had created two decks before, but today I could not use deck builder until I went back to the trainer and unlocked it agian
