deck card locks up on popup

    I have offhand attack set to my first deck card option. Sometimes but very rarely (can't reproduce it) the card pops up and locks up. I can't use it or remove it so i have to wait for it to drop.

    More of an awareness to the devs. I don't know why or how this would happen. The bug however has been appearing in all releases so far for like half a year or more.
