Decks - An Enhancement

    Linking skills and gear to combat decks isn't enough in my opinion. We should also be able to link a different title with every deck, and especially a different out-of-combat hotbar!

    Since it changes the skill bar, why not the lower hotbar? As for title, well, people uses decks for cosmetic gear, changing your title when you equipped your cosmetic gear isn't a bad idea.

    Or maybe making it possible to add multiple hotbars for out-of-combat items/skills, emote, etc...
