Deco weirdness on front-right of wood & plaster village inn

1. Title: Front, right portion of inn (when facing it) has deco bug for banner placement. Also, lights can't be placed near the front door at eye level.

4. Details: A banner when placed there disappears all but for the rod at the top.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Place a banner on the front-right side of the inn. It works perfectly on the left side, but not the right. And place a wall-mounted light on the left or right side of the front door at about eye-level. It won't let you place it. But chest level works, although that looks weird.
