Decorating UI present with "resume on map"

    If you are on a lot you have access to, and pin the "decorating UI", then log off, and resume on the map, the decorations UI will still show up.

    In fact, it's worse then this. If you pin it, it *always* shows up, no matter where you are, which is a definite bug (if you teleport to go somewhere new, anyhow).
