Decorations trader?

Are these fellows still in game? If so, Where might I find one?

 

I believe in the upper reaches of Owl's Head (behind the big walls), second floor of the bank in the market?

Confirmed, upstairs from almost all banks will have a couple decorations vendors

 

I don't think they are anywhere but Owls Head, upstairs from the upper level bank. I spent what seemed like forever searching for decorations vendors and a basement hatch. I saw a "Realtor" upstairs in the Ardoris bank (once I'd finally found the bank) and thought I'd found something. But no, she doesn't sell anything at all. She just gives conversation. If they are somewhere besides the Owls Head bank, I sure couldn't find them. After much running around and much frustration and cursing, Owls Head was the last place I looked since my house is in Ardoris.

 

I could not find any more either. Bit annoying as none of them sell any tables or surfaces to put items on other than the tavern bar.
