"Defeat all cabalists in a siege" quest incorrectly marked "easy"

    Title: "Defeat all cabalists in a siege" quest incorrectly marked "easy"
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? No
    Details: At AL70, quest was marked easy. Forest siege, most cultists were green, some yellow and more orange. This is extremely challenging due to the rapid re-spawns. The "This task should be easy for me" statement is apparently based upon the lowest tier mob, not the highest.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Enter tier 4 siege at AL 70
    2. Attempt to clear areas while surviving through respawns
    3. Get caught by respawns
    4. Transform into ghost
