Deliver Quentin's Final Report - Rhoswen or Rhoswan?

    4. The note on Quentin and the jounal entry after speaking with "Rhoswen" are both spelled "Rhosen". Everywhere else in the journal it is spelled "Rhoswan". Note the 'a' versus 'e'. Saying "Rhoswan" while speaking with Captain Kinsey does not work for the quest. She replies "I don't know what you mean." Kinsey only responds to "Rhoswen".
    5. Attempt to complete the quest by saying "Rhoswan".
