Depth of field blurriness affects nameplates

So I must admit, i actually cleaned my glasses off for this one before reporting it, just to make sure.
I was walking and noticed my nameplate was super fuzzy, and instead found it is an artifact of the new depth focusing.
Steps to Reproduce:

Stand in front of a building, that has something far away behind it.
Scoot until the building is in half your vision, and the far away the other half.
Notice anything there, such as your nameplate, gets blurred on the far half.

UPDATE: This also affects spoken text.
