Desolis - can steal all of the armor and weapons off the wall with no consequence

    Title: Desolis - can steal all of the armor and weapons off the wall with no consequence
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: when I mouse-hover over all of the weapons and armor on the walls, the mouse is green rather than red, and I can steal all of the items with no consequence, even when stealing in front of a guard. For All other items in the room, the mouse is red and a guard shows up when I steal.
