Details: When receiving the quest Find Records of the Obsidians from Elara Solstar, and having the logbook in inventory, the window to turn in the book does not open when clicking the records keyword (which actually then types the word books. See picture below).
Steps to Reproduce: Get the quest Find Records of the Obsidians from Elara Solstar. Find the Logbook. Try to turn in book by records. No window will open to give it to her.

EDIT: More information: I have actually finished this quest once, but turned the book to Wynston Haevia. But I was still able to get this quest again, just by speaking to Elara Solstar.

Also the Blue markers for these characters still show up. The markers however only indicate the NPC's name, not any quest.
