    Details: Desolis: I believe Ranees Binders is missing from Desolis, so I can't start the Luminous Atavist Quest, or if she is there she's way too hard to find, as she's not in the town center or around the Epitaph.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to Desolis and try to find Ranees Binders.
