Desolis - obsidians book Quest

    Details:It seems that i gave one book to Elara Solster and one book to Wynston Haevia.
    now both are shown blue sparkling as quest giver, but none reacts to book or books anymore
    AND there is no open quest about the books in my active quests journal, so why do they sstill show as quest-blue-sparkles??

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Get the quest to find the books in the ruins and then give one to Elara and one to Wynston

    Find the books again
