[Dev Review] Water elementals have shields, but they are not visible

    Title: Water Elementals have shields but they are not visible?

    Details: From another bug, I observed at least 1 water elemental type creature blocking attacks as if they are using a shield, but the monster is not visually holding a shield. I tested with a another lower tier water elemental, and they also can block attacks with an invisible shield. I tested on 2 non-water elementals, an elven archer and Xavara the Fire Pillar, and there were no blocks reported.

    [12/12/2020 6:03:46 PM] Echondas attacks Brign, Lord of Water and is blocked , dealing 33 points of damage past the block from Offhand Attack.

    [12/12/2020 6:20:55 PM] Echondas attacks Water Elemental and is blocked , dealing 25 points of damage past the block from Offhand Attack.

    Steps to Reproduce: Use offhand attack with a spear on a water elemental
