Devotional "beam" effect missing

    Title: Devotional "beam" effect missing.
    Reproduction Rate: ?
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I just went into Jade Valley and the beam from the devotionals is missing from a few of them. Also, the beams disappear from the rest of them if I move far enough away.
    Steps to Reproduce: See the screen-shot below.

    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
