Details: i was running through town when i suddenly saw the flashes from the initial casting of strength of earth and celestial blessing on my char. i already had both those spells active. i thought the spot was familiar and was one of the devotional trigger spots, so i went to another town and picked up a blessing and returned, and sure enough, i get the devotional swirl there. i'm not seeing the strength of earth and celestial blessing repeat every time i pass through it now, though.

edit: i'm also seeing the strength of earth and celestial blessing flash upon scene load every time if i enter with it already on.
