Did it just recover from a crash?

    So I was in QA and clicked to change scenes, then looked away to do something else. Then I look up and see the startup screen. Did it just catch a crash and re-launch itself? Holy crap. That's sort of like flying by falling and missing the ground. I'm impressed.
