    Title: "Difficulty" and "Description" labels in the new Journal dialog is not localizable.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Enable "Test" language mode. All texts that are localizable will now show garbled.
    2. Enter game, open Journals, select a task.
    3. "Difficulty:" and "Description:" (and "Journal" title) appear in plain text, which means that there are no associated localization IDs.
