Dig In Buff Pulses With Ticks

    Title: Dig In Buff Pulses With Ticks

    Details: When I cast Dig In and open the character sheet, the avoidance keeps briefly dropping back down to the base rate with every tick, rather than staying constant throughout the duration of the effect.

    Makes me wonder if the group buff is getting properly applied too. Was recently testing this out in a group and it didn't seem to make much of a difference. Hard to tell if the skill is broken or not. :/

    Here is a video showing the effect blinking on and off in a group. You can also see in some cases toward the end of the clip where the buff isn't being applied at all, even though the party member is within range.
