Disappearing quests, markers and journal entries

4. Details: Upon logging in earlier today (April 8), I found that the quest objectives I'd been given along the bonesteel dagger/truth quest line had vanished from my journal, as had any notes of other main plot quests.
   
   The only quest objective I have are Create 2 spools of thread (which isn't working - see bug report elsewhere) and defeat all Cabalists in a Siege.
   
   Upon arriving at Jaanaford from Vertas, the town began glowing as a quest objective again. Still nothing in the journal.
   
   However, when I spoke to the innkeeper there about the bonesteel dagger, the quest update was correctly entered in my journal.
