Displaced Tree in POT

    1. Title: Displaced tree in Player Owned Town
    2. Reproduction Rate: Every time, multiple users on different machines
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: POT Knightmare Falls. Forest 01c template A tree on the path appears to be on the side of the road. However, there is an area around it (path side) that you cannot cross. Likewise, you can enter the tree from the opposite side. It appears the graphic is displaced.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Walk along the path, try to walk to the tree (see screenshots)
    6. User Specs: Multiple users attempted. Win7 or higher, Patch 509.
    Area: Knightmare Falls (POT_forest_metropolis_01c_template/Knightmare Falls) Loc: (51.6, 42.1, -229.8)
