Display scale factor for placed deco

    After you drop a piece of deco you've resized, the information is lost. It would be helpful to be able to access this information in two ways.

    a) When mousing over a placed deco object, in the info box, it should have a line that shows the current scale, like:

    Scale: 120%

    b) If you move the item, the current scale should pop up in the middle of your screen like it currently does when actively rescaling an item.

    Sometimes I'm trying to match the scale between two items, and if I could trivially see the current scale, it would be extremely helpful.
