don't change the view direction when...

    on slow machines, looking anywhere than downwards in towns, puts framerates to a huge drop.
    it happens:
    - when using alchemy lab or any other work station
    - sometimes when talking to NPCs
    - after using ladders to teleport to it's top

    it could be an option: "leave the camera alone, in peace" :)
