   The tool tip states that it removes "a" fire over time debuf. It is currently removing all fire DOTs. I am not sure if the too tip is worded wrong or douse is not working as expected.

   my douse tooltip is reading 20% fire resist but when you look at the buff icon it says 2,000% fire resistance for 3 min. taking 0 damage from skeletal mage fire arrow
