    There should be something great going on there, crazy old wizard or something.

    The inside upstairs doesn't even have a single thing in it.

    In fact, the whole place is empty. You might consider some weak wolves or something, far enough off to not draw the player to them, but then those who are going to explore no matter what have something to do.
