    1. Title: There is an issue with the stairs
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: There are stairs issues with walking up on all flights. Seems people get stuck including myself. it seems to be primarily in the middle. if you walk up the side near railing you can get up almost always.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: walk up any of the stairs / run up and you will get stuck having to jump up.

    FYI, This is also happening when running/walking up the stairs in
    Lord Marshal Great Hall Town.
