Dungeon Entrance - Can't put them in basement, why?

    I don't know why there's a restriction regarding dungeon entrances, why can't we put them in basement? Would it be possible in the future to do so?

    I mean, I do understand basements aren't "linked" to a specific lot since one can store them without storing the lot, but maybe you could figure something out?

    because it makes a loop. you exit the basement and end up in the dungeon, exit the dungeon and end up in the basement.
