Details: I spoke to Abigail in Soltown and she asked me to help find her daughter. I only spoke to her once, but the quest was entered in my journal twice. Text of the duplicate entry: "Abigail, a refugee in Soltown, asked me to look for her daughter, Charlotte Gray, in Solace Bridge and return if I found any news of her"

@Kara Brae I'm not sure I'm seeing it twice the way you are. I see it written once in both Tasks and Knowledge.

 

I wish I had made a screenshot. The entry was in the Current Tasks part of my journal twice. Both entries are gone now because I returned to Abigail and gave her the good news of her daughter. At least the Current Tasks part of the journal seems to be working by removing the completed tasks.

 

Screenshot captured. I watched DURING dialog and an entry was made in Current Tasks. After I agreed to look for Charlotte, it went in to Current Tasks a second time.
