Dye lost / used if item out of backpack

    1. Title: Dye lost / used if item out of backpack
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? no
    4. Details: Drag dye on clothing and don't click accept (dialog hides in bottom right hand screen after all...). Unload item to be dyed out of inventory, but keep dye in. Use dye primary/secondary dialog. Lose dye but find item still undyed. :(
    5. Steps to Reproduce: see 4
    6. User Specs: Win 10, i5, GTX 970
