    Does anyone know where to buy them? Can't find any npc that trades dye recipes.

    The recipe merchant Harold in the building next to the trainer in Owl's Head sells dye recipes.

    Owl's Head in the market road. There are 3 vendors in a house for many kinds of wares including dye recipes.
