Dyed items not showing color

I dyed my copper epic plate suit with the pure black, just the primary color on each piece except the helmet said it cannot be dyed. Anyways the color isn't showing up. I'll try restarting the client in a bit after im done farming

restarted the game but still no luck on the color.

not sure whats up. It could be because I'm playing in 32 bit mode

 

@jammaplaya, Thank you for reporting, This issue has been submitted for Team review. It is my understanding that Plate Armor (Metal) cannot be dyed. Are you saying the Dye was used on your other Copper Plate pieces?

 

Yeah epic plate, everything worked except the helmet but the color wont show. I've dyed plate before but not since persistence.


The color never showed up in the preview either, which happened to me before and then I just needed a restart before I could see it.

 

Were you dyeing it as an item in your inventory, or as it was equipped on your character sheet?

 

It was equipped when I dyed it.
