Dyeing a Cloak Problem

    4. Details: I tried to dye a crafted cloak with "Magical Red Glowing Dye" . The dyeing did not occur and I lost all my 10 stacked dyes. The target cloak was in a pack within my inventory. The "Magical Red Glowing Dye" x 10 was top level within my inventory. My drag and drop onto the target cloak resulted in no dyeing and loss of all the stacked dye.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Not prepared to test reproduction because this dye is money. EDIT : tested again with a crafted dye and crafted cloak. Same result - lost the dye with no result.

    @Birko, you cannot dye wearables in your inventory. you have to wear them and drag the dye onto the paperdoll slot for that item.

    Hi Alley Oop, I'm often dyeing cloaks in my inventory.
    With further testing, the bug seems to be with picking up a dye, mouse scrolling to the target, then dropping. This makes the dye disappear. Relogging, however, makes it visible again.
