Dyes and Clothing

    Right now for anyone wearing metal armor, we can't use dyes on any of the pieces.

    We can't have any clothing or anything that fits over top of the armor such as robes or tunics like in UO

    character visual customization as a result is very limited for me in heavy armor (i dont know the situation for leather or cloth as far as dyes go)

    Any chance of getting clothing or a way to dye or decorate armor at some point?

    So much cloth gear is very very dyeable at the moment, but leather, wood and metal cannot currently have color alterations.

    HOWEVER! In game last night at the Rifts' End event, @Lord British mentioned in passing there was work being done on enamels . . .

    So, I for one am hopeful! :)

    They have been testing dying armor..... here's an example of dyed armor given to someone long ago...
